Location & Directions – Historic Anchorage Hotel
The Historic Anchorage Hotel is centrally located in the heart of the downtown area, just 6 miles from the airport and a short walk from some of Alaska’s finest shopping and dining. Nearby, guests will find Egan Convention Center, the Performing Arts Center, Alaska Railroad Station, Anchorage Museum, Visitor Information Center and many historic buildings.
Directions from Ted Stevens International Airport:
- Head east on International Airport Road to Minnesota Drive.
- Turn north on Minnesota Drive. Minnesota Drive will become I Street.
- Follow I Street to 4th Avenue and turn right on 4th Avenue.
- Turn left on E Street.
- The Historic Anchorage Hotel will be immediately to your left, next to Grizzly's Gifts.
Guests are welcome to park in our hotel loading zone while checking in and unloading luggage.
